A GREAT experience, will come again
cool place adult spa great selection delicious pretzel
This place IS amazIng! I stayed here before a conference and was REALLY impressed. The adult spa, waterslides, and pools are great PERKS. These stayed open late, which helped a lot with my late arrival. Breakfast had a great selection, with butter and boiled eggs in dispensers. A pretzel tasted delicious.
CHECK-IN took nearly an hour. I did not receive the room I originally booked. The place definitely needs some maintenance.

The outdoor area features a HUGE pool and yellow slide that looks super cool. The sauna complex is a top CLASS. I loved that I had the freedom to explore the park at night, a REAL plus for me.

long check-in rude staff
the check-in process was very long. i also did not receive instructions on how to enter the room. the door battery seemed LOW. the staff were rude EVERY time i interacted with them. i feel customer service could improve.

balanced stay
water slides cleaning staff water slides poor condition extra cost ventilation absence
i found many activities available. mini golf, bowling, and water slides kept us entertained. there were lifeguards and cleaning staff present.
the water slides seemed worn. i noticed scrapes and bruises because of their condition, especially whiteriver. it was over 35 degrees inside without ventilation or ac, and water cost extra.
